Kindergarten 
           Activity: Intro to Basketball Skills
    Students will move across the gym while performing a variety basketball related skills such as jump stopping, dribbling, and passing. We will be working in groups to explore and develop these skills.

    
1st Grade

ACTIVITY: Make It Take It (Basketball Skills)

WORKING ON/TARGET: Increase Heart Rate & Cardio-respiratory Endurance. Sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development (Jump ropes, hoola's, passing, dribbling and shooting).

-4th Grade -

ACTIVITY: Make It Take It (Basketball Skills)
               
WORKING ON/TARGET: Increase Heart Rate &Cardio-respiratory Endurance. Sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development (Jump ropes, hoola's, passing, dribbling and shooting).

>>If your child has any complications and cannot participate in PE due to injury or illness, please send a note with them to school letting us know if they need to sit out or have a modified PE for that day.

>> Also please send tennis shoes to school if at all possible with your child on PE days. There is a schedule attached on this page or feel free to ask us for a copy.
