May 20th - 24th 2019

If your child still has a library book checked out, PLEASE send it in a.s.a.p.!  If they are not in (or paid for) by the end of the year you will not receive your child’s report card.  We are trying to be the first class to have them all turned in so we can get a prize and we’re about 3 away!  There is a little note behind this newsletter if your child still has a book out.

Our class is doing so well with working independently!  It was a rough start at first and many missed last recesses but they have seemed to catch on to work first, play second.  A few are still learning but there’s defiantly been a huge improvement and the kids are SO proud of themselves for all they can do on their own.

Our writing has made such huge growth in the last couple weeks!  Please let your student practice as much as possible, reminding them to write what they hear, use their fingers spaces, ending marks, and upper case letters at the beginning of sentences and names.

We are still gladly accepting snack donations.
