May 28th - June 1st 2018

What an AMAZING, fun, crazy, busy week!!! Thank you all so much for your helping make this zoo adventure the best it could be!! Almost our whole class was in red which made them very easy to spot at all times throughout the zoo.  I had 4 fantastic chaperones that each took a group of their own and toured as much of the zoo as possible in the time we had. I can not thank everyone enough!!

We are in the final weeks of school and even with all the fun we still have a whole lot left to do! We will be starting our “1st Grade Bootcamp” Monday which means students will be expected to be even more responsible for doing their work more independently, taking care of themselves, and working together as a team for some projects. I am excited to see how they rise to the challenge of almost being 1st graders!

Instead of 3rd week progress monitoring I will be doing report card assessments throughout the entire week.  Please make sure your child is at school every day unless of course there is an emergency, or they are sick.  This will help ensure I get all their most current data for their report card and those that still need that little extra help to hit mastery will have the chance to get it!!
