November 26th - 30th 2018

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break!  The kids came back very excited about to share about their long weekend and some were shocked nothing has changed here at school as far as rules go. ;)  We’ve had a great first week back.

GG started coming this week to help with our big Christmas craft.  We’ve talked about how this is a present so we can’t talk about it outside our classroom doors.  It will be going home on Friday the 21st so if you are planning on leaving for the holidays early please let me know so I can send it sooner.

The rainy season is finally officially upon us and unfortunately here to stay.  We try and get the kids outside as much as possible so please make sure to send your kiddo to school each day with a hooded jacket.  During these next few months your child might come home talking about going on a walk.  If on a rainy day we get a break in the rain, our class will on occasion go for a walk, especially when it’s been a couple days of rain.  We typically just go around the school the long way from one end of the building to another, sometimes checking out the school garden and playing follow the leader to get some of our wiggles out along with getting some fresh air!
