About Jennifer Godinho, Principal<\/h2>\n

As the principal of\u00a0the Intermediate side of the elementary school, I believe that every child has unique gifts, unlimited potential, and a vital place in our school family. My commitment is to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where students feel valued, challenged, and supported every day.<\/p>\n

In our small community, relationships are everything. I deeply value the strong partnership between school and home\u2014when families and educators work together, children thrive. Parents and guardians are a child\u2019s first and most important teachers, and the collaboration we share ensures that learning doesn\u2019t stop at the school doors. Whether it\u2019s through daily communication, shared celebrations, or problem-solving together, this connection strengthens both our students\u2019 academic growth and their sense of belonging. Castle Rock is where I learned this foundation and my desire to be an educator became a thing.<\/p>\n

Our school values\u2014C.R.R.E.S: Caring, Respectful, Responsible, Engaged, and Safe<\/strong>\u2014guide everything we do. They shape our classrooms, our playgrounds, and our interactions, helping students grow not only as learners but as kind, capable, and community-minded people. When we consistently model and uphold these values, we create a culture where students know they matter, where they feel empowered to try, and where they are supported to succeed.<\/p>\n

I am dedicated to fostering a culture where every student\u2019s curiosity is encouraged, every achievement is celebrated, and every challenge is seen as an opportunity to grow. Our rural roots are a source of pride and strength, and I am honored to serve a school that reflects the heart and spirit of our community.<\/p>\n

Here, we are more than a school\u2014we are a family. And in this family, every child matters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
