Our
\ndistrict is unique in that it encompasses three distinct communities that possess their own unique
\nqualities and values. Despite their uniqueness, the communities of Castle Rock, Vader and
\nRyderwood have once again demonstrated their collective support of our students and schools.<\/p>\n
The EP & O Levy, which will be officially certified on February 21, 2025 makes up 13% of our overall
\nbudget. These levy funds directly support a wide range of essential programs including classroom
\ninstruction, extracurricular activities, special education, and technology enhancements, none of
\nwhich are fully funded by the state. Specifically levy dollars contribute to smaller class sizes,
\nadditional classroom support personnel, health care services, and access to technology which is
\nembedded in our ever-changing world.<\/p>\n
Your vote reinforces the value that a strong school system is a cornerstone to a vibrant and thriving
\ncommunity.
