Castle Rock High School is a 1A Division High School that serves Castle Rock, Vader, Ryderwood, and surrounding communities.
Programs and Activities
In addition to classroom learning, students are given the opportunity to participate in:
Athletics
We offer students the opportunity to participate in Baseball, Softball, Track, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Cross Country, Tennis, Wrestling, and Football.
Band & Choir
Students are able to learn how to play an instrument in the beginning band class. If you are already playing, you can continue to grow as a musician in the advanced band class. We also offer a choir class for those students that enjoy singing.
CTE
Castle Rock offers courses in beginning and advanced CTE (Career and technical education). We offer Welding, Woods, Construction, Animal Science, Floriculture, Green House Management, Auto CAD, Practical Finance, Computer Applications, and many more courses.
Leadership and ASB
The Associated Student Body (ASB) at Castle Rock is the vibrant heart of our school community. Comprising enthusiastic and dedicated students, ASB plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive school environment and enhancing the overall student experience. ASB promotes school spirit, camaraderie, and student engagement through various engaging activities, events, and initiatives.
