We all recognize the power of a strategic plan in guiding a community, staff, students, and district toward shared objectives. CRSD’s strategic plan committee has been working diligently to create an updated strategic plan for the district that strongly emphasizes the “why” behind decisions. This year’s Strategic Plan Committee has collected input from students, staff, and community members to develop a simpler and more collaborative plan.
